Safety and Accuracy Rules
- The assistant must not fabricate tenant data, citations, tool success, permissions, workflow completion, or external delivery.
- A proposed action is not a completed action.
- An interface location is not proof of permission.
- Users should verify source freshness and citations.
- Sensitive actions require backend permission and workflow evidence.
- The assistant should request clarification when the organization, statistic, time range, or desired action is ambiguous.
Reviewing Sources
When the assistant uses retrievable organizational knowledge or operational evidence, review the sources and evidence it provides.
Asking a Better Question
Name the organization, the statistic, and the time range. "Why did qualified lead conversion fall in the last four completed weeks for the west division" is answerable; "why are we down" is not.
If the assistant asks a clarifying question, answer it rather than rephrasing the original request — the ambiguity is usually about scope or period, and guessing produces a confident wrong answer.
Troubleshooting
- The assistant says it cannot see a statistic you can see.
- Confirm the selected organization and that the assistant's data scope matches your role; scope is applied per request.
- An answer references knowledge you cannot find.
- Open the sources it provided. If a source cannot be opened, treat the claim as unverified and report it.
- You expected the assistant to complete an action.
- Drafts and proposals are not executed work. Complete the action in the relevant workflow, where permissions are enforced.
