Supported Methods
- REST API Pull
- Retrieve supported data from authenticated external APIs on a configured schedule.
- Webhooks
- Receive supported provider events through authenticated webhook endpoints.
- Data Warehouses
- Connect supported Snowflake and BigQuery data sources.
- File Import
- Import supported file formats through the application's import workflow.
- Connector SDK
- Build and validate connector definitions for Cendryva.
Planned or Deployment-Specific Methods
The following are not generally available. Where they exist at all, they are scoped during enterprise architecture review:
- GraphQL sources
- General-purpose ETL pipelines
- SFTP transfer
- Unrestricted direct-database connectivity

Contact Cendryva before designing a production workflow around a planned or deployment-specific method.
Troubleshooting
- You need data a supported method does not expose.
- Consider file import for a bounded backfill, or the connector SDK for a repeatable source, and confirm the plan with Cendryva.
- Webhook events are not arriving.
- Confirm the provider is configured to send the supported event types and that authentication on the endpoint is correct.
